I'm back sorta....
Part of me feels like I should be serious & talk about the imminent danger of the current political climate or the inherent evils of religion, but I get tired of that.
Both of those topics seem so redundant. I've rehashed that stuff over & over...
It's not that I don't enjoy the heavy subjects (right now I'm reading Sir Thomas More's "Utopia") but, I want to enjoy life also.
Right now my hobbies are sex, photography, and sex.
I could write about it, but it seems folks in the bloggerphere want to talk about politics or religion. Besides I don't want to brag.

"Sex, Photography, and Sex" ... remind's me of Hollywood! :) Sex is something that I have alway's engaged in very proactively, as well as great Mexicano food, the sex is considered healthy by medical expert's from what I read ... the Mexicano food ... well ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... wish I could say the same (Geeeezz grrrlll ... sometime's I "think" and am so grateful I never gotten that damn HIV stuff! It is much safer Girl living in more rural area's, frankly)
As far as the politic's Rita ... dont worry ... your not missing a bloody damn thing, nor (as usual) it's doing a damn thing but raping us more and more. Reading something like "Utopia" would sound excellent (although I never read it) also mentally healthy to at least temporarily escape the cesspool of the current condition globally. Must be beautiful living out there where you do as well, I can only imagine what your town is like having been to so many small town's up your way and along the West Coast going south ... really beautiful up that way Dear! You dont probably see it since you live there, but one like myself who spend's so much of my life in large cities, really savor the beauty and peace of mind you get from being in those place's. When I am in place's like that Rita ... I feel a sort of relaxation, I simply cant get in the cities, I stay so hyper here ... fortunately because of my work I get to travel several hundred mile's every weekend right now ... to the rural Texas countryside, Hill Country and such ... which as simple as it is ... you wouldnt believe how much I cherish it, just to get the Hell outta Dallas!
Never mind how short or long life is ... just alway's cherish and enjoy it Dear.

It is beautiful here on the Pacific coast but now we are going into the cold rainy part of the season that makes all those people that moved up here from warm southern states like yours, question their judgment. It's generally wet from now on until May.
That's why the saying "We don't tan here, we rust."
The truth is, many people (such as yourself) write better articles on the topic of politics & religion then I could ever hope to do.
So, there is no point in me blathering on about it.

Utopia... I'm a bit of an insomniac and instead of actually reading at night I listen to audio books. Unabridged of course.
I enjoy classics. Either they are interesting or they put you to sleep, mission accomplished! When I saw this one available I bought it. So far I haven't got to utopia yet, but I find the criticisms about some of the practices at the time interesting. No doubt 16th century life in Europe was pretty rough! It remains to be seen how unconventional More actually is, though.
I am having some trouble with it. It's wordy so it keeps putting me to sleep.
This could take a while.
One book from around the same time period that I did enjoy was "The Prince" by Machiavelli. Have you read that?

I really dont like writing much about religion or politic's Rita, I simply do as part of my commitment to the journal, to expose the reality simply, and not to be pessimistic, but actually to make "aware", to translate that into maybe a tad optimism. A few local friend and familia member's read my journal, even my grandson's, so I write like I talk to folk's, since I have no formal writing skill's, nor do I care to waste time studying to get any, heh, heh, heh, heh, heh. :)
As far as the beauty up in your part's. I reckon some look at the rain or such in the beauty sense, even the cold season's. When I lived in town's like London or Montreal, etc, you notice how white, white folk's are I reckon. I mean ... I remember going to London in their rain/ snow season, spending winter there, where a couple folk's wondered if I been tanning or whatever, but no ... it was just natural. I can show you white folk's down on Galveston Island with skin tone's as dark as some light skin black folk's for instance.
The penis thing ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... your kiddin! I mean like ... dude's send you pic's of their dick's? heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... WTF is up with that? It just sound's funny girl ... I mean ... I wouldnt know what to think if some gal said like ..."Hey dude, send me a pic of your dick" I mean like ... WTF would she do with it? ... but it's all in fun I reckon! :) I mean ... like why not a pic of my thumb, index finger or pinky? It's the same with guy's for me, like I know dude's that go to these strip joint's, and spend bookoo buck's to look at titties, which is cool I reckon, whatever float's one's boat. But if I'm drinking, the last thing I would want to do is have titties thrown in my face, unless I'm gonna get laid ... I mean like WTF?! But ... that was hilarious girl ... at least you got some humor, some chick's would get offended I reckon. :)

One more thing I wanted to add just for funnies, concerning pic's and shit. I met to do a post on it, just hadnt got around. But recently all these folk's are pitching a bitch at airport's in America, because now they have these xray scan's, or you get patted down, for security reason's ... like duuuuhh... folk's like carry bomb's in their drawer's and shit, is why. But like all these folk's whining are doing so saying that it shows a silouhete (spelling?) or something of their butt's, groin, titties or whatever, and their worried folk's may use it like porn .... I mean ... be for real. What kind of porn thrill could that possibly be when you may have to see a couple thousand a day? Or their freaked about someone doing a search that require's a pat on the groin area or whatever. Geeezzz ... my daughter has to travel frequently, and abroad (now in Dusseldorf, Germany on business/ job), but she feel's more security if they check closer, it's worth the hassle to her. When we get busted for instance (well at least me) we had to get searched like that and more, even had to stand in line, bend over so they can look up our asses in jail ... Hell ... we even had to take a dump in the open, we had to get over it though, you know? But these folk's just freak over something like that? It just sounded ridiculous to me, seeing tele interview's of these folk's whining. :)
