Steganography

Steganography is the art and science of writing hidden messages in such a way that no-one apart from the sender and intended recipient even realizes there is a hidden message. The word steganography is of Greek origin and means "covered, or hidden writing". From wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steganography

I need a hint. Do the symbols in each parenthesis represent one letter?

Yes.

(::)(:,)({'')(:;)({)({')(.,)(;;)(:)(;)(;:)(:.)(:::)...

This is driving me nuts! Is there any logic to these symbols at all?

It is alienize for "Listen and Learn"....pretty cool huh?

Hello RITA ! :-) I knew you as L>T and then Handmaiden and now I have to call you RITA :-) It is interesting.

I see nothing in this post. Just a blank white space.

all i had to do highlight the space with my mouse and I saw the words...LOL

what you are going to learn Steganography ? I actually thought it was called Stenography.

qf I didn't want you to tell me! Oh well, I probably would never have gotten it,anyway

You know, I was thinking the shape of the symbol might have something to do with the letter. I tried to incorporate braille letters too.

Is this a real code or something you made up?

prash As you see stenography & steganography are two different things.

I've always liked playing with cryptograms. I have my own alphabet made with symbols I use at home to label things.

so if i am searching (like an FBI agent in those American serials like CSI, Without a Trace, 24 or Alias) for something in your house, I would have difficulty ...

I think I broke your code...

Hope you had a good Xmas and are planning a raucous New Year.
:)

PS. Nice new home you have here.

Am I missing something? There was no content to this entry. Apparently Quantum_Flux and Gt3Films (who may remember me as Arcturus) understands your code but, alas, I don't.

Did you find your cellphone?

I re-added you to my blog list in your current incarnation.

My apologies Rita. I'm afraid that I am the only individual who writes that particular dialect of Alienize.

(::)(:,)({'')(:;)({)({')(,)(;;)(:)(;)(;:)(:.)(:::)(.'.)(.)(:'')(''.)(:')(.:')(':')(;.;)('.')(:.:)(.;')(';)(';.)

prash I just use it to label spice jars & such. It's fun for the kids. It's simple to learn because it has a logic to it. If you know one letter you can figure out three letters.

G3T You are too clever. On New Years I am staying home & listening to my neighbors fight & beat their dog.

Regulus It's white on white writing, just run you cursor over it like you are copying & pasting.

Qf How clever.
(:::)(::)(':')(;;)({)(:::)(::)(':')(:)({'')(.:') (:)(.:') (.'.)(.)(':')
(::) ({'')(::)(:')({)({')(;.;)(:.) (:::)(::)(:')({'')(;;) (:;)(.)(:.:)(.'.) (::) (:.:)({)(:.)(:.)-({'')(:.)({)(::)(:')({)(:;)
(;;)(:)(,)(;;)(:.:)(::)(';)...Whew! that took a long time.

Hmmmm, now I have to break the code for digduay....

Just wanted to thank you for being part of my world this year.

Prozacville is a project that lies very close to my heart and so it means a lot to me that you have taken it to your's too.

prozac You are very welcome. Thanks for the laffs.

I SEE!

I still don't get Quantum Flux's weird Morse Code like dots and (instead of dashes) brackets and parentheses.

How was your New Year's Eve? Hope it was a happy one!

qf's code does make some sense if you look at it example (:::)M (.:')S (':')T the symbols are reminiscent of the letters.

I stayed home, so consequently I feel fine today.

Hello Rita...

Happy New Year to you ...you have loads of responsibilities this year as you are an elected person of your town now. I wish all the best for that and also for your personal life...and of course HEALTH first !

Go here. It will amuse you for a bit. I'd like to do it for real, but this way I can do it and not get arrested.

You can also make broad statements like "there's something hidden in this sentence" when really there's not.

It drives people crazy to look for secrets that don't exist.

prash I love the sound of "person of your town" it appeals to the egocentric in me. :) Health first!

bryan I felt strangely guilty hitting the President of the United States with a shoe. Like I was slapping Jesus

Why would you feel guily about throwing "virtual" shoes at the man? He was a horrible President. He's not a good person. He's a complete imbicile as well.

I want to know who stashed his profits away. I want to give it back.

Hahaha, wow, I did misinterpret my own code. I stand corrected.
